Cancellation Policy

To ensure quality service for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
*LATE POLICY*
If you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to cancel your reservation, and you'll be charged the full amount of the service.
